2nd Annuel Striped Bass Tournament

The 2nd Annual Striped Bass Tournament will be held on August 30th. This event is organized by the Pokeshaw and Black Rock Lions Club. In case of inclement weather, this event will be postponed to August 31st. 

Location: Pokeshaw Beach and coastline from Bathurst to Caraquet

Start time: 6:00 am

Weigh-in: Noon at Pokeshaw & Black Rock Recreation Center (8914 Route 11, Pokeshaw NB). Three fish bag limite weigh-in. Judging and BBQ to follow. 

To register or be a sponsor, please reach out to Thomas Riordon in advance at riordont@gmail.com or 506-624-3242. In person (the day of the tournament), you can register at Pokeshaw Beach at 6:00 am (beach entrance by cabin on top of the hill). 

Fee to enter: $25.00 per angler (includes BBQ lunch)

Cash prizes: up to $600.00
